They really need to educate the staff who works in this office. They consistently play ping pong with whatever’s not an option on the dial pad “back to medi-cal” medi-cal told me it’s THIS OFFICE’S responsibility to APPLY for retro-active medi-cal I REPEAT NOT medi-cals job it’s the county offices job! I’ve waited 2 hours on hold today going on another 35 minute wait because the staff here is uneducated

I read too many hateful reviews about armenians(disappointing), but I will let you know that this place has nothing to do with Armenians, there are many other people up there and working and coming with so many questions and issues. Everytime you come here every person says somthing different and something new and u will never get the correct information from the office, even from the case workers. Overall I am not happy with the provided service.

This is absolutely ridiculous and their customer service is a joke. The phone numbers provided just keep throwing people in circles...and I've tried about 8 numbers multiple times to just get some real help. Cannot get a hold of my eligibility worker or her real number. And how dare they tell me how to eat healthy with my CalFresh while I'm on a 25 minute hold ...when they terminated my benefits and no real person will help me or talk to me to get it reinstated.
