I tried to sign my son up for Camp Fox the minute registration opened on the web, anticipating many parents would be doing the same thing. After several attempts, I finally got through and registered my son, received a confirmation code etc. After a day I still hadn't received an email of any confirmation, so I contacted the Y, and was transferred to the camp director- Ray. I left him a voice mail, and also emailed him asking what had happened. Several days had passed with no response, so I called and emailed again. Weeks later I still have had no response from him and have no idea if my son is even registered. Every time I call the Y they transfer me and I leave an unanswered message. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

They are very extremely careless and unprofessional. The staff at this facility are very rude with kids wich in their language mins "strict". My son passed his test and we went to polliwod advanced class. On the first they I was shocked how badly they treat kids. They were yelling all the time abd windering why kids dont know techniques correctly. My son did not know how to swim and he learned it there. And when he ttansfered to higher level (to other building) they were wondering and telling that they will send my kid back. I couldnt tell that lady that its your othet teacher taught this kids how to swim not parents,go and yell on them. Please save your time and take your kid to another place, this is horrible place for kids in every age . They have the horrible staf in swimm section.

Parking used to be great but now they've added 8 "guest" parking spots directly in front of the doors. Not fair for members who don't want to park in the garage. There should be many more outside spots for members than there are. For some reason the hot water seems to go out every few weeks in the girls' locker room. Not happiness! Cleanliness is in short order...gobs of hair strands abound on the pool deck which is just gross. Don't the lifeguards see this? The clock is constantly missing because "it needs a battery." Please. And the big "second hand" clock is frequently unplugged. Staff doesn't seem to really care about running a top notch facility. These are little things that could easily be taken care of. On the plus side, the pool IS kept clean and warm at 86°.

The facility is great, the staff is full of nice people, but the accounting department does a terrible job at communicating when it comes to membership fees and dues. Keep an eye on your bank account and make sure they are successfully charging your card, otherwise you'll be stuck at the gate with an invalid keycard that won't let you in. Hopefully you won't have a line of cars waiting behind you..

There's an outdoor gym as of now with weights and other equipment. Mon-Fri 8a to 12p and again from 3p to 7p. No basketball court outside. Indoor cycling will start soon.
