With an appointment, 1 hour and still waiting in line for somwone to acknowledge our presence. The least you can do is come out and advise the people waiting that there are delays.

Always a long line even tho it's by appointment only. One person assistanting everyone from a to z. Literally had to come back 2 times with an infant. Besides the fact that there is always a parking issue here, Second time the door was locked during the working hours and the line got bigger and bigger because nobody was helping anyone. In fact, they have nobody working but 1 person...really?? Most people are here with infants or got out from work. Why can't they work more properly...covid paralyzed people's brains completely

Made an appointment a month in advance. I get an email the night before to come in. I show up on the morning of and they tell me they cancelled everyone and didn't tell anyone. I'd go to anyone other office before supporting them

I was in and out in 15 mins. I went at 9:30 on a Friday morning and left at 9:45. Just have your paperwork filled out and your documents with you. I was greeted by a nice man at the front desk then led to a nice older lady who took my documents and gave me a way to track my passport, then I paid for it quickly and was done. There is 2 hr free street parking on kenwood. You can pick up passport application paperwork in the hallway inside. I did my own photos.
