You get what you pay for. You can find some good deals on items if you take your time and search. But not alot of good items though. The line today was almost 40 people long in the afternoon, not exaggerating. I feel bad for the workers. There was only 3 cashiers. Management needs to hire more staff. 7 registers but only 3 open. The workers are friendly.

DONT waste your time! All the good stuff is gone and the line is a good 30min wait on the average I waited 40 mins last time I went in... it was an emergency only! Even then I should've known better! SIKP

Small selection, really looooong lines. People openly coughing in lines. Took alomst 25 min to checkout, which the nice cashier said was the management's doing. With covid and delivering good customer service, either hire more cashiers, or install self-checkout.

If i can give store a - Star I would. This is the most unorganized Ross Dress for Less that I have even been to. Merchandises are on the floor. I was at the linens and towels. The shelves werent keep. It was hard to find the match to what you want to bye. It was with all the department. The fittinf rooms werent maintained. There so much clothes that people tried on that were either hanging or just left it there on the bench or on the floor. Then with the long line they only had 2 people working on the register. One for the returns and the other for purchases and the cashier on the purchases was a trainee. A few minutes later they decided to add 2 more people on the purchases area and they were also both trainees and both unsure of how to ring certain product. Unhappy and dissatisfied customer
