Incompetent, unprofessional, short staffed - don’t waste your time. If you’re lucky and they put you in the room, it takes 30 minutes for someone to come in and take your vitals and good luck waiting for the doctor who somehow always has one patient ahead of you. It’s a joke of an urgent care.

By far the best urgent care I have ever been too. The team is so outgoing and helpful! They make you feel so welcomed & comfortable! My grandfather & I come every week to get our rapid covid tests & the team makes its so fast/easy.. I specifically would like to point out 3 individuals who’s energy & outstanding customer service stands out every single time I walk in!! Blanca, Tamar, & Laura are AMAZING! I give them all a 10/10 !!! They take there job very serious but also know how to have fun & build a relationship with there customers! Thank you guys for the GREAT experience! I’ll be back again!

Not even one star worthy! I have a cancer sore on my lip and they assured me over the phone I can be seen. When I got there the front desk workers were very rude and insisted I wear a mask. Even though the mask mandate is lifted. I also am fully vaccinated and had a negative covid test. Worst experience

I would avoid this place if at all possible. They may have a nicer waiting room than other urgent cares, but I would not trust them. I went there a few weeks ago and they told me that they would have to charge me about $100 over my copay. They gave me an explanation that did not make any sense, and did not understand how the copay worked, even though they are in-network for my insurance. I left and went somewhere else, and I'm happy that I did. In addition, one of the staff was walking around the front desk area with her mask pulled down below her nose. So that gave me pretty low confidence in their COVID protocols.
