Being an out of towner, parking was a bit hard but we called the front desk and they explained to us how and where to park. The check-in was quick, staff was friendly. The handle of our shower did fall off when we tried to use it but once again, the front desk was very helpful and handle it swiftly and well. While city life is not for me, the hotel was beautiful and staff was awesome. Would definitely stay again.

Love this hotel! I have been a recurring guest here for over 10 years 😅. I will say, the staff/service has been consistent over the years. Cheerful, respectful, professional and just all around nice. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The location is in walking proximity to most things that you will want to do downtown.

Great location in the Cultural District. Staff was super polite and helpful. Our room was decent... It was clean and the bed was really comfortable. But it is in bad need of an update. A couple pieces of furniture showed signs of minor damage, there were multiple holes in the drapes, and there was even a small hole in the fitted sheet on the bed. And the chair in the room is terribly uncomfortable. None of that would keep me from staying here again, but it will cause me to try a different hotel if available.

My husband and I have been staying here for our anniversary (3/14) the last 3 years. We have always been treated with respect for the staff and the bartender has recognized us each year..it's very impressive. He takes such good care of us every year!!!! The food is amazing..the entire hotel is beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Pittsburgh area. You won't be disappointed!!
