They just don’t care. Because they can and it’s fast food. You get what you get. Our order was a little wrong but the food was fresh, so added an extra star for that. Customer service was stale but perhaps they were pressed since they were alone up front.

Easily the worst wendys in vegas. Who ever is running this place clearly isn't competent. Customer service is terrible, staff is inadequate to day the least, CANNOT dine in at 2pm, long wait for food (easily 20 min in drive thru). Just a terrible representation of the Wendys brand. If you see this review save your self and go somewhere else. This is the 2nd time Ive dealt with this in one week. They get no more chances from me…just close your doors.

Wow....I'm so disappointed. My favorite place gave me a bad impression. 👎 The nuggets tasted rancid and were cold. Customer service gave me a hood vibe type of service. No thank you just dry. They are very close to getting a call from the health department so they can check they're temperatures 🌡 Bet you they will get they shtttt straight. Can someone tell me what is going on? The dining room was dirty and trash cans were full. ALL OF THEM. Why isn't management present to take care of his store. Maybe we need to call 📞 under cover boss on this peeps.

I can't tell you how many times I've been here and they don't take credit cards or there system is down. It's ridiculous Update. Cc hasn't seemed to be issue but damn near 10 min wait times per customer. Not sure how they call themselves fast food. Got the food. No napkins and probably the worst chicken sandwich I ever had. How do you put a burnt piece of bacon and dry bun together after 50 min of waiting.
