Breakfast crew sucks. Manager always finds excuses to make it harder to order. Sometimes they make you wait 20 minutes while they do changeover, then put the least experienced register person on to take the order. Two stars because they make the food fine. Their service sucks.

None of the kiosks work. The shift leader said “oh that’s my fault” no strawberry pies, shift leader says “we are the only location without them” I was ignored by that shift leader for 5 minutes because she rather work on the fast food lane which was NOT busy. But at least they got the order correct, they did what they get paid to do which is rare nowadays at any business. Go to the location off rampart and Charleston, they care just a little more there.

Decided to go to the drive through.. the girl immediately said 'we only have chicken nuggets and fries'. I said 'what'? She repeated same thing. I said are you serious? She said yes and asked if she could ask a serious question.. asked if I would want a soggy burger..ah...no! Proceeded to order the nuggets and fries, waited to get to the window, the young man said $8, I asked him what my order is to make sure. Okay, I give him my card, he returns it..no thank you, no receipt and shuts the window. I was peeved. I went inside and waited for the girl to give me my receipt..

McDonald's is a great place to get amazing food but McDonald's has amazing employees that will treat the customer with respect and apologize for getting your order wrong or even give you free food. I love free food I'm pretty sure everyone loves free food. I even love how you can do a survey and get a buy one get one coupon for a big mac, mcmuffin, or a fish fillet.
