Ordered for delivery 2 days in a row. I live 3 blocks away but crippled and can’t drive. 1st day ordered French dip and Swiss with curly fries. Everything was cold and didn’t get the sauce I ordered. I know we have staffing issues but even a new person can check the order. Sandwich was good after being heated. 2nd day ordered market fresh chicken salad sandwich with curly fries. Fries were cold and sandwich bread was really hard and dry. Posdibly stale?

I typically get what I ask for at this location but not today. We ordered our food fresh so it would be hot, and we even told them we didn’t mind waiting. Well that is NOT what we received. I barely even parked my car and they were bringing the food out after telling me it would be a wait. The fries were barely warm, my fish was cold and dried out and the roast beef wasn’t any better. I should have called the manager to complain but I’m sure it wouldn’t have mattered. I won’t be returning anytime soon. Shame on you for trying to push old food off as being fresh.

Ordered the smokehouse brisket. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. I was literally the only one in the restaurant so I was able to eat my food in peace and quiet. Really loved that. Will definitely be back

I bought two French dip sandwiches here tonight . This is a pic of how much au jus they gave me. This was the same for both! We could literally dunk the sands twice before they were empty! I called the store , talked to the manager, Jose. He says” well it was Probly a new person that did it. Then told me I could come back and get more au jus! Really? The reason I stopped there was cuz I had a long day, was exhausted, and not about to leave again!😡😡
