Don’t expect much sauce on anything you order. The staff is rude, and the fries are cold. Considering 95% of the orders are done through a computer, you’d think they’d have less to worry about,

Comically long wait for the food, to the point where other customers cheer when you can finally walk out of there with your order. One of the waitresses came out and told a dude he couldn’t eat in store and ushered him away - everyone bood and felt sorry for him. Disgusting place, 2 stars only because the menu was pretty broad for 2:30am on a Saturday night

They probably couldn't hear you, its loud in the store, and if they weren't able to hear you clearly, check your device, that you're using to speak to them, cables, microphone, or if you had something else happen try and call back!
