Good for the most part. Pretty dirty in the restaurant but I assumed they are understaffed and don’t have the extra help. Food was pretty good and quick.

First, Darius has amazing and spectacular customer service. It is odd how poor quality, customer service, speed of order, and accuracy of order other taco bells are from this one. We arrived early to dine in. The doors were lock with no hours of operations for lobby hours. This did upset me greatly. Darius not only came out to tell us it opens in 10 mins but greeted us. Your other employees at a lot of taco bells in Las Vegas wouldn't even give 10% effort. When ten minutes was up. Darrius came out side and flags us in the car they are now open. I was further amazed by the clarity and confidence of his customer service. Great courtesy, greeting, and not showing any type of negative non-verbals. As we dined in , it too was amazing. I didn't believe we were in a taco bell. Crew were ALL pleasant, no goofing around, loud horse play, and no loud verbal negatively! As we enjoyed our correct order food the first time ( only 3 times in 4 years this was right on first order) I observed a clean work station, clean front lobby, clean registers, and most of all my family and I were able to speak with indoor voices. There wasn't a struggle or fight to talk louder than the employees complaining or playing. This is by far the model store for all your taco bell facilities. I encourage corporate to model YOUR CUSTOMERS SERVICE after this store. ALL your other stores in Las Vegas, Summerlin, and Henderson are absolutely dismal and have deplorable customer service. This will excel TB above all other competitors and will properly rebrand yourself correctly. Reband with great( not ok/good) customer service rather than face-lift ( new colors, design, refresh physical) will missing the most important part of rebranding or refreshing an establishment PR...customer service. I firmly believe the staff, customer service, and ability to provide customers with the best TB experience is a direct reflection of the shifts and store manager. Have this leadership team go around analyzing x number of TB in this store area and have this team re-train them the correct way ( especially in North Las Vegas). I promise you the results will be bigger than you had anticipated. Read your negative reviews to see what are common complaints for opportunities for improvement. So often we only focus on the 4 and 5 star that allow corporates to settle as the store performance is acceptable. Great job to Darruis and staff

We prefer this location to the one along skye pointe. We went to try the taco bell wings. The girl told me the ranch was in the boxes (it wasn't) so check everything before you leave. Typically have no problems here though.

If you like Taco Bell, just choose a different location. So I ordered a number 2 soft taco supreme, with no tomato. She asked if we wanted it soft or hard (which would be a number 1 if it were hard) and why order a combo if it’s not supreme? I know this is fast food, but a simple request for no tomato doesn’t seem that hard, and it’s so cold the cheese was still solid. Not every fast food place has to treat their food like garbage. I recommend the other location by the target?
