Make sure you already know whats wrong with you before you go in, you're probably gonna have to hold the doctor's hand through your treatment plan too, that is if you're lucky enough to see one. I'd also make sure to remind them of your contact information repeatedly, then maybe they might call you at the right number/give your prescription to the right pharmacy. Oh yeah and I wouldn't come to them with any urgent worries like you would with a normal clinic, they're booked up until next month guaranteed!

Worst place ever. Called to help my dad have new prescriptions written for a new pharmacy as we can’t contact his old one. They told him to call back when he is out! Not sure where there medical staff get their knowledge from but my PCP’s office would of done it with no hesitations. But nope through them they told him to call back when he is out. I called 2 days ago to have his inhaler filled and they just called back saying it was done after MULTIPLE phone calls in the last couple days.

I have been going to Martin's Point for years and it has always been a great experience. In the past few months they have been an amazing support to my little one. We have Dr. JT and her and her team our an amazing support. Very responsive and supportive. We have also been in for sick visits three times in the last month and they were great, especially Dr Goodwind! Highly recommend Martin's Point and really recommend the pediatrics care!

I used to rave about Martin's Point. No more. They no longer have any appointments after 5:30 PM, which is very inconvenient for those of us who have to work. I get assigned a new Primary Care Physician (who is never a physician, but a PA or a nurse practitioner) every year. I don't even remember their names any more. And their phone system! I call in the morning to leave a message for the person I saw a week ago. I leave my work phone number and ask them to have me paged. Hours later I have a voice mail from a nurse. No page. She leaves me the main phone line to call back. No last name and no extension, so I have to go through all the questions when I finally get through to a person. While on hold, the on hold message encourages you to share your feedback so I shared that I found this frustrating and inefficient. Apparently, the people on the phone lines have not been told that the on hold message encourages you to provide feedback. The woman put me back into the automated attendant (punishment?) and I had to start all over again. Your staff needs to be trained to provide their last names and a phone number and extension that can be called directly when they leave messages. I had to provide all of my information 3 times in order to speak with someone who had called me! I lost 30 minutes of my work day trying to get some help. This is time I have to make up by working longer. There must be a better way. How about leaving a case number with the message that can be used to return your calls and avoid providing all the information multiple times?
