(Taxi, airport service). OMG, Dale was so willing to help right off the bat, and he turned a stressful transportation problem into no problem at all. We had a seemingly impossible long distance request starting down east in Cushing all the way to the Portland Jetport, including a drop off and pick-up with an airport wait in-between. I called several times over the course of our engagement. Dale was always available, helpful and fun each time. Instantly I felt I was working with a trusted service provider who cared about our outcome. His sister did the driving. She was equally warm and pleasant, as if we were friends and family. Told me that they would be there at 8:50 am but showed up at almsot 9:10 making me late for my bus. They could’ve told me there was a wait and i would’ve scheduled for a different time.

Teach your drivers not to blow stop signs. Your driver in bath at 12:10 pm almost caused an accident because he didn’t want to stop at the stop sign next to the Byrnes Irish pub. Thank god I saw him and locked it up. He got some choice words from me. 😡
