Food is always fresh when I order. It's usually my late night stop and it's not a long wait time. Don't go when the computers are re-setting because it will be a longer wait time. But staff member made it clear I would be waiting due to the reset. Fries always fresh and burgers are always on point.

Food was good and service was great however the store manager was very rude and not professional with his employees. He told one of the workers that if she gets 3 strikes she’s fired. That’s not something that should be said in front of customers. Also upset at the fact that there is a 30 minute sitting time to eat. Prefer to not be times while eating. But I feel bad for the worker because their manager is unprofessional

Food was fine. The restaurant itself was dirty and gross. The tables were dirty, the floors were grimy, the drink machine was gross. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Plus, you have to be buzzed in to the bathroom and the cashier wasn't even at the register most of the time, so you had to wait until she came back.

It was my first time going to jack in the box, I had very high expectations because it is a very popular fast food chain on the west coast of the United States. the food was not as good as I thought the meat of the burger was very dry and the chicken one was pure flour, the seasoning fries was good and they got confused when taking my order. I don't think I'd go back to this place I prefer go to in N out.
