Warning for everyone renting from this place: the guy at the desk INSISTED we had to buy basic coverage insurance for our rental, even though we told him repeatedly that we already had our own insurance and didn't need to buy it. They pretty much forced us to sign the contract, wouldn't tell us what this would cost us, and made us feel like we couldn't rent the car unless we purchased this extra insurance. They ended up charging us an extra $300 for the insurance (in addition to already spending hundreds on the rental). There is no NV law saying you need this. We are now disputing the charge with our credit card company, but I want to warn everyone else to say NO TO ANY INSURANCE that they try and force you to purchase!!

Easy check in, quick. The vehicle was clean surprisingly. Often I have experienced cars that are not. The cashier was not good. She is rude. Check the date and time to determine the employee. She's not.good for business. Bye bye

I bought a SUV rental thru Hot Wire for our 5 day stay in Vegas for $560. I prepaid and they shared that I needed a return flight and ID in order to take the rental with only a debit card (I do not have a credit card). I was prepared. We arrived and there was no line so we walked right up, shared our confirmation number and that was all easy. Once I shared that I would be using my debit card, is when things went wrong. He pointed me to a paper sign at his station (see picture) that says the rules are that you can't get and suv or upgraded class of vehicle with a debit card... Only a small car (we have two kids and luggage so I didn't think that would work well for us). Plus NONE of this was ever communicated to me when I pre-purchased the rental. It gets even worse. My husband has a work credit card so we asked the desk agent to just add him to the reservation and use his card. He said no he couldn't do that because the card doesn't have my name on it (I have an ID so I've already validated my identity). We literally had zero options to pick up the SuV I had already PAID for. I contacted Hotwire and they said that is not the policy and that I just have to show return flight and ID.... Lots of back and forth, arguing and finally FINALLY hotwire agreed to cancel my return and give me a refund for $560. Hotwire said this is not in line with the Hertz corporate policy so who is lying to me??? Not sure but don't really care at this point. And it gets even worse! We go to rebook the same SUV. Well guess what, the price is $150 more! He can't price match or give us a deal. This guy is useless and completely unhelpful. Only issue after issue and cost on top of cost. I honestly don't know why I didn't just walk over to Enterprise and forget about Hertz. They don't deserve my money or me as a customer. Do not rent from here!!! They will find any way they can to swindle you and charge you more.

It was my second time at that location. I'm a President's Circle member and reserved a 7-passenger SUV which used a Nissan Pathfinder as an example vehicle... I received a Ford Explorer with top-of-the-line Limited Trim. I could either keep it or pick any one of the vehicles from the President's Circle lot, but I didn't find any appealing so I kept it. Everything went by without a hitch, I'm a happy customer! It is very efficiently run and I didn't encounter any issues at all with this location.

Hi i m supposed to pick my rental car today at 12 pm but can i come and pick it at 8 am instead because my daughter is not feeling well adn i dont want to bring her and in fact get the car before she wakes up and we check out from the hotel. thanks

I believe they do have that as an option. However if you look on FaceBook Marketplace you can find them for between $10-$40 all day long. I'm cheap and if it saves me enough money that is what I'll do.

Your hours say you open at 8AM but my flight leaves at 6AM, I've dropped previous rentals before opening so is the the same at this location and is there a shuttle to the airport running at that time?

Yes, follow the signs for the Rental Car Center Shuttle after you get your luggage. If you get lost, there's are tons of airport employees to point you in the right direction.
