So it has been years since I walked into a Hooters. Today while driving home, I thought let me stop in and grab a chicken sandwich. Walked in greeted by the friendly host staff and seated in Haylee's section. She was all smiles and seemed happy to be at work. I ordered the normal chicken sandwich and it came out like I remembered. The customer service from Haylee is what I remembered from Hooters. If you're in the area, definitely a place you want to stop by for A+ customer service.

Welp normally I love Hooter's. However, this isn't one of those times. Over cooked (when I say over done I mean as in it was not even in the slightest bit edible) cheese sticks, fried pickles AND chicken! Got the pickles at least redone but after that it just seemed pointless to keep asking for all of our food redone. Table was super sticky and gross, did not even want to touch it. Only good part about it all was the waitress was very sweet. I think next time I'll just go to BFWW. =/

Had a great experience over there today. Our server was awesome , very attentive and polite.Thank you. Kids liked the food and that was the most important for me. Don’t order Lagunitas A free though 😉. Thank you.

The guy who handled us was very helpful. The Hooter girl who originally served us took our orders, ran out of ink for her pen, and never came back. She didn't even give out our orders to the kitchen; she went on to serve a different table instead. The manager took care of us and made sure to make up for it tho. . . . EDIT: Changing my ratings for this place because we went back again and the food wasn't as good anymore. The ranch and bleu cheese dips were watery and almost tasted bland, the chicken wings was not something worth coming back for anymore, and the sliders were fine WITH PICKLES even though we told the hostess we did NOT want them. The place is nothing great anymore.
