Went here a few days ago for an ear cleaning. Left with a swimmers ear infection. Won’t be going back

Second appointment here due to have to reschedule, NEVER ON time ...even if you're the only patient waiting and on time yourself.... So glad this is just for a job and not some where I have to come primarily. I get the feeling that these workers are not considerate that patients/customers have other obligations in their day. Very very disappointing and needs worked on. Esp considering I used to work at a urgent care where it was actually CROWDED 24 7 and a wait time made sense...so far the excuses I've gotten are "I'm on the phone with IT my computers acting up" ummm paper charting? Now today "let me finish up something really quick" what ?! I booked as the first appointment of the day so I can get in and outta here. Whoever's reading this IF you have alternative options for your care please consider them because this is not it. First time waited 1 hour, will update how long this time will take ..... Ugh!!!!!

I went in for a basic physical for my upcoming clinicals and the APRN on duty refused to fill out the paperwork. If you need a quick physical go somewhere else! Very poor customer service and they should not advertise that they offer physicals.

After waiting 2 hours, with no one in front of me, for the lady to hear me coughing and give me a mask then tell me they don’t accept my insurance and it would be $130! That’s just insane! She could have said something to me like, “maybe try this other place” or “here try this over the counter medicine sorry you waited so long”.... ANYTHING IS NETTER THEN NOTHING! Big waste of time. She seemed like a joke doctor anyway. Oh and they don’t accept culinary and that’s the price before she even asked me why I was there!
