The wait is worth it and staff is courteous. Emergency rooms have taken longer with an overload of apathy. My PCP cared enough to listen, and will run multiple tests to rule out possible causes of my symptoms. Thank you to everyone who works here for choosing to get up everyday and come here to help those in need regardless of how rude and entitled some may act. We should all make the extra effort to take better care of ourselves, to reduce the strain on medical workers. Otherwise, if you don't take that time, then it'll cost you long waits at urgent cares so don't complain 🤗

Not even walgreens at the beginning of the month makes you wait this much. Came in a 2pm got checked at 4pm, doctor saw me at 5:30pm left at 6pm

Thank God for the rainbow location this locations front desk is so incompetent. The Dr. And nurses are great. Sorry wont be returning. Patient beware just take the drive to the other locations

Had an appointment for a physical at 2:30. I appreciate being attended by the nurse very quickly. However, I was forgot about afterwards. I stayed in the room waiting until they closed at 5

I agree. DO NOT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE! You can have an appointment scheduled for 10, wont get called to be seen until quarter to 11, then sit in the back for an additional 35 minutes waiting on the doctor to SIMPLY review results from an examination from another doctors office! Then when you ask questions, he dont know. He talks over you and acts as if he's better than you and dont got time for you. This urgent care office hasnt had a doctor that cares about anything since the year I got here and that was 3 years ago. I cant remember her name but every doctor that has dawned that office after her, have been trash. The receptionists are careless and slack off majority of the time. They will literally sit on their person phones in front of patients and have them hild while theyre on their phones. Theyre very disrespectful and tactless...
I'm sorry. Go see Pandora Williams next time. She's awesome.
