This is the worst United States Postal Service office I have ever dealt with. I filed a claim with USPS after a package of mine that showed as delivered was not in my mailbox. I was told by a USPS representative from this office that my package was accidentally delivered to the dorms at University of California, Riverside, instead of my apartment. He told me he believed USPS should be able to recover my package for me. Long story short, the package never arrived. I called this office for days and the phone would ring and ring until it was disconnected. I had to call the San Diego regional consumer affairs office to learn that my case had been closed even though my package was never recovered. I asked the San Diego office to send me a letter stating that the package had been lost. Though they promised it would be in my email, it never came. I lost a small amount of money, but I will never forget the terrible service I received from USPS and specifically the Riverside office.

The postal workers here have been great as a customer who is here 4 times a week. However the management is the absolute worst. The moment you have any issue that needs escalation you'll never hear from them again. As someone here constantly it's so easy to see how poorly this place is ran. Constant issues that the management ignores. Avoid at all costs. I wish the postal workers here the best as this location is terrible. Long wait lines because customers ask to speak to manager. For weeks all I hear is our manager is unavailable/not on site can we take your number. They never call. Update, the couriers in this local zip code are the absolute worst. I've lost over 2 thousand dollars due to their incompitance. How hard is it to put the correct key in the mailbox for YOUR OWN PARCEL SYSTEM. my mail is literally being stolen because your handing it to someone else!!! Update... Again... It's just getting worse and worse. Usps is full of thieves and FRAUDS. Up to 6k in losses due to the incompetence. Another update: Missing mail searches now require an online account, auto close if your package says delivered even if it wasn't, and you don't get further help with customer support. I've fully given up on the post office and am closing my small online business. Thanks for ruining shipping for me.

The inefficiency of this post office is amazing. Various packages have been lost, and the tracking not updated for days. Obviously now Covid is to blame, but before this happened, the situation was exactly the same. How can they lose a package in the truck? I always wonder how insignificant small packages arrive from China, and here they lose normal size packages even in the USPS truck... The staff does what they can, but it's not enough. Dissatisfied customers, and I lose loyal buyers.

The worst USPS I’ve ever had to deal with. When I found out that my mail was stolen I immediately requested an address change. Days later I receive a call from this location confirming my address change. Not only have I NOT received my packages at the new address, but so far 2 of my packages are being sent back to the senders! And nobody who works here knows why and they said they can’t do anything about it. So either the person who called me lied or someone on their end really messed up. A HUGE inconvenience for both me and the senders, after I did everything on my end to make sure my packages gets sent to the right address. Now I can’t trust my neighbors OR this USPS location with my mail, and it’s infuriating. If you live in this area and you have a business that ships or receives a lot of items, DO NOT go here. Try to avoid getting your packages sent to this location for any reason.

No appointments at this office walk ins Monday-Friday 10am-3pm depending on staff availability
LMFAO.... don't think this is the way to apply!!! But hey, Good Luck Bobby!
No
It depends on who owns it. If its owned by the post office, Just speak with a supervisor at whatever station your carrier services you from. If your office owns it, its the owners resposibility.
About 30 days
The Post Office has done route adjustment, so the new route are running out of ads. So like today I had to get some from the other route. Some carriers do this and some do not.
Unfortunately, they don't issue that phone number to the public at large.
Jose it is not, each post office has a direct number.
Contacting your Post Office and expressing that you wish to renew or extend P.O.Box services should suffice. They'll tell you what you need to know to do so.
No general delivery at this office for riverside you would go to 3890 N orange ave 92501
They do the passports at the post office in downtown Riverside, they only take cash if I'm not mistaking.
You will have to call that post office directly.
Also if mail has been returned to post office with no change of address most likely it would of been sent back to the sender.
How do you know?
Read the label on the box!
No appointment needed passport processing starts at 10am
I belive their 110 and with fees comes out to 160 and no I phone and you have to print it out per spec. If you have a phone why not ask siri.
Was it a package that has a tracking number?
Report it to the police then go post office and let them know.
Send it directly to General Delivery at the USPO of your choice...preferably near where your homeless friend lives...he can then go to that Post Office and pick it up asking for General Delivery to his name...
Cleft?
That would depend on where you want it sent, the size and if it is express 🤔There are calculators online if you know the zip code.
They open at 9 am till 5 pm on Monday till Friday. 9 am till 3 pm on Saturday. They are closed on Sunday.
