How can I send a pkg to a homeless person?

Send it directly to General Delivery at the USPO of your choice...preferably near where your homeless friend lives...he can then go to that Post Office and pick it up asking for General Delivery to his name...

The post office doesn't provide that service. I think you either take it your self or hire someone directly.

You can address it to the main post office as general delivery. And they will hold it for a 3 days (I think).then let the person you are sending to the package to know that will be at the post office you addressed it to.. Make sure to tell them take ID and that they only have a few days to get it before they send it back.
