Positive: Terrible experience at this hotel. We booked a room with two double beds and a sofa bed. The front desk lady stated they only had a room with one bed and a sofa bed. The lady was not helpful at all. Negative: The argument was that they book the room but they cannot guarantee accommodation. It makes no sense as they charge more for larger rooms. While I was there another guest was in the same situation. Very displeasing situation.

Great hotel! Clean, 24 hr gym, good breakfast, spacious room. But the best part of this hotel is the staff! Especially Ryan at the front desk. He’s one of the best hotel host that I’ve came across. Kudos to you Ryan and thank you for such a great stay.

Met expectations for a 3 star hotel. Friendly staff. Clean room, especially the carpet and tiles. Spacious. Well lit. Masks optional for fully vaccinated. Solid bed and comfy pillows. Flexible options for housekeeping. Safe with key. Iron. Hairdryer. Strong hot water. No airport shuttle. Scent of weed in the hallways. Hard water. For bottled water and Coke, 2 min walk to GetGo. Only Pepsi in the lobby. For decent soap and moisturizer 15 min walk to dollar store.

Overall good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The blackout curtains did not do a great job of blocking out light, so bring an eye mask! The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a free breakfast included with your stay which was decent for a free breakfast (eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, etc).

The pool is open to registered guest by appointment only for a 1 hour time slot. Only that guest (and those in the guest's party) are permitted in the pool during that time slot. The pool is then sanitized after that group leaves to get it ready for the next reserved timeslot.
About 20 mins with no traffic...but that is like never. Typically about 35-40 mins any other time. Game or event days add another 10 mins.
No microwave, but they offer a small fridge
They have a new one across the street. I had them do a weeks worth for me. It was reasonable, I don't remember exactly but reasonable.
