For folks who ship often, they have a self-service kiosk open 5am-9:30pm everyday (the website lists it as 24/7, but those hours have changed due to vandalism). I hope this helps 🙏🏼

I know postal workers have a tough job but customer service at Barrington really needs work. I dropped off a priority package in the Dropbox on Friday night, thinking it would be picked up on Saturday, as the posted pickup times stated. When I tracked my package on Saturday afternoon, the website said LABEL CREATED, NOT YET IN SYSTEM. When I tracked it again on Sunday, I got the same message. When I tracked it again on Monday, I got the same message. Why wasn’t there any movement on this thing? I called Barrington and spoke to a woman who gave me excuses, saying “We don’t scan the packages, that’s done at the distribution center. We don’t have any control over when it gets scanned.” I asked where their distribution center was. The woman said “In Los Angeles.” Where in Los Angeles??? She wouldn’t tell me, saying it should be scanned today and hung up! This is terrible customer service! Why didn’t she tell me where the distribution center is? She could have at least apologized for the delay, but no. She offered nothing to truly help me! Where is my package and when will it be delivered is anybody’s guess! What good is tracking when all I get is vague, dismissive answers?

Only facility in a 100 mile radius that had a passport application appointment available so decided to drive there and submit passport applications for our two kids. The staff was very kind and helpful. Their camera was not functional so they guided us to a facility across the street to take pictures. That was the only negative. But other than that the actual application process too about five minutes. Never had such a good experience at a post office.

Literally waited on hold for an hour. Called 3 days in a row and got 3 different answers on the status of my package... still hasn’t been resolved, still never received my package.
