Horrible service, wait time was hours long but now it's appts only. I was a bit late and they refused to see me even though I've waited hours and I'm disabled. Terrible service, people turned away, do not bother to even try.

easy to book an appointment online. easy phone check in process. I waited 3 minutes after checking in to hear my name. the nurse who drew my blood was very nice. overall a positive experience from a guy who doesn't like needles

First time I went they were 30 minutes late to take me for my appointment. Second time their automated system could not find my appointment and there was nobody at the front desk for 30 minutes to assist. Finally found a customer service number to call and they couldn’t locate the appointment either despite me having an email from Quest with a confirmation number.

I took my 18 months old son to this place to get blood tests. They drew three tubes of blood to perform three different tests. It turned out to be one test was done incorrectly and the other test was not perfomed becase supposedly the specimen received was "clogged". They wasted two tubes of my son's blood. My son is so little and fragile and they just wasted his blood like nothing. How can they be so irresponsible and careless to children? When we were there, my little son and I waited almost an hour past the appointment time beore we were called. However, first they claimed they couldn't find our records but seconds later, they found it！And they kept denying about performing the incorrect test until I proved them wrong by comparing to the doctor's order. DO NOT go to this place. They DO NOT care about you or your health!
