Don’t bother coming in here if you have an urgent health issue. They don’t care whatever it is, front office staff are so rude and make you feel more miserable on top of your illness. Nurse doesn’t even know how to put a bandage on a wound.

I went there for urgent care after two places said they cannot see anymore patients. They told me the same thing. I was surprised how poorly staffed urgent cares at Fremonts are. San Jose has much better services. If you are running am urgent care clinic please make sure people get the service when they need it.

II have been coming to this clinic for years and used to wait no longer then 30 minutes.Now today is March 1,2121 I went in for an exam and the receptionist told me that the wait time is going to be 1 hour and 45 min and their was only 5 people in the waiting room waiting to be seen ... The receptionist was also a little rude, I have never experienced this before in the past years that I have been coming to this clinic ..I will never go back again.

We arrived at 7:40 pm . My pregnant wife had head ache and had loss of vision on the periphery . We were told that this is a symptom of covid . So the receptionist had to check with the doctor . We were also told that it was very late . 3 mins later we were told that this is vivid symptom so she cannot see us . I also told them that we are double vaccinated but it was still a no . So thank you “urgent “ care for being absolutely ridiculous about COVID protocols . And now my wife has to suffer through this cause either your Covid protocols are too strict or the doctor just wanted to go home on time . Either wise garbage place and unprofessional people .
