Great place with no crime and good neighborhood.

Fantastic place to live. Great location, low crime compared to the rest of the bay. Its been two years since i lived there, so i don't know if it has changed, the property manager Angie at the time, made me feel right at home, stream lined the rental process as best she could, fair, and made sure everyone used their assigned parking spaces. Maintenance could have been quicker with better quality. Pros: Big Rooms Full-sized Bathrooms carpeted floors open kitchen service animals allowed deck or patio Play Area Close to Bart Fremont Cons: No A/C :) 4 year waiting list train 4am no pets
