This is the friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We were greeted immediately upon arrival by Tofi. She’s like that friend’s mom who you like way better than your friend. She was beyond helpful in every way, and I would go back just to hang out with her. The next day, we slunk down to breakfast ten minutes before it closed, thinking we could grab whatever was left. To my surprise, another lovely woman was refilling everything and telling us we had to try the blueberry scones. I’ve never had a hotel breakfast experience like it. The staff here is a 15/10.

The rooms were amazing and huge!! The beds were very comfortable. But the breakfast ENDS 930, they also said nothing about what time it ends or stared. The pool was a little small but overall it was a pretty good hotel.

Service was great. I couldn't be happier there. Decor was great. The bed was comfortable. That's important. The water was always hot. It felt like a new hotel. Cons: the amenities from a full price hotel. It just bugged me every day. The wifi was terrible unless you sign up for the premium $10/day add on. I'm already paying $230/ night for a standard room. Can I not get decent wifi included? The mini fridge has a 2-hr timer. When you turn it on, it'll only run for 2 hours. So I had to babysit the fridge morning and night to keep anything cold. There was No thermostat. There's a tiny dial between hot and cold. It was impossible to regulate the temperature. The continental breakfast is still covid style. Take a Danish and a yogurt to go.

My family and I were out in Alaska for vacation, we decided to stay at a Marriott property as it’s always great service. I have to say the hotel was clean, the room was HUGE! We enjoyed our stay! I wanted to give a shout-out to Lauren at the front desk — she was amazing! So friendly, efficient, welcoming and accommodating! Also Dallas the bell guy was also pretty awesome! Offered us tips around for my family to do around town and made sure to greet us by name every day! Definitely felt taken care off. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! The staff was the best part! ;)
