We received our room dirty and used. Apparently they only clean rooms every two weeks and you’re likely to receive it unclean. If you happen to arrive between those two weeks, don’t expect it to get cleaned either. More importantly, if you book your room in advance at a weekly rate and leave early, you’re charged more at a daily rate —they never mention this and it’s written no where in the ”documents” you sign —seems very unethical— they can charge you whatever they want and call it “Amenities”. Their security is seriously lacking and with a severe homeless problem beware. This is a place to stay if you have no better option.

The only good thing about this place is the location and the one night clerk who was helpful. I showed up exhausted and jet lagged at 10:30pm to be told that they still need to clean my room so the only front desk clerk on shift went to do it. Then two more employees show up after a time and I think one of them was even a manager. Not a word to me for over an hour. I asked if one of them could just go help her so I could get into the room. Just throw some sheets on the bed and clean it tomorrow. No dice. Then 1 hour and 15 minutes later, I finally get into the room. It's smelly. The couch is broken. Whatever it's a bed. And the location is not horrible but that also depends on where you want to be.

Hotel is poorly maintained absolutely no security. My vehicle was vandalized and property stolen twice and no assistance from management. Rooms are unclean. There is no gym. Pictures on website are not even of this place. Neighborhood is unsafe with violent drunks everywhere. and to top it all off increased by $175 my room rate at check out. Stay away from this dump. 0 stars.addendum. shortly after this review manager Steve was banging on room door and yelling that i would be locked out if i didnt immediately pay the inflated rate. Totally disrespectful and threatening. Again stay away.

Positive: Location in Anchorage was convenient. Room layout was comfortable. Negative: Snow removal was lacking. Very difficult to enter parking lot due to berms, ice chunks, even when driving a 4 wheel drive. No ice melt ever put out over our stay...walking in parking lot very very dangerous.
