Because they are the only cable company in the area other than satellite and phone service they charge people an arm and a leg their cost is ridiculous compared to living in a city

They have an app you can download or online site.

Why does my Internet not come in very good. Half the time I can't watch Netflix because no Internet connection. Yet I go in the bed room and Netflix works. Living room. . No Internet. .

Because where your internet is located, it's not reaching a good signal in your living room. You need a booster or have emerytelcom set it in a place where it reaches every room.
