Picked up my self install equipment for wifi. Mike offered assistance as soon as I walked in, professional greeting and approach. Mike went over instructions I stated to him I don't believe I have an ethernet connection, he advised just check when you get home, if not call for install. I had called the store, was busy with no answer, howeve r, Mike returned my call within mins, without me leaving a voice-mail.. prompt and pro actìve, love the great experience! Thanks to Mike!!!
