I chose one carrier but she weighed my package and offered me another one which was cheaper with a big difference. From now on going to send all my packages through Postal Annex. Don’t usually leave reviews but this business deserves it!! Amazing customer service, they make it incredibly easy to send off passports, packages and mail. I prefer to go here to send off items over the actual post office. 5⭐️.

With all the difficulties with the USPS because of the COVID-19 Pandemic, this Postal Annex simply takes over for them in numerous ways. “SUPER” Friendly Staff. They treat You like Family. They have a lot of services & items that the USPS doesn’t have. Super Fast Service & Great Knowledge of the Postal Services. Attention to detail. Conveniently located with plenty of parking.

This place is amazing! The owners are also the operators, and they take the time and effort to make your experience positively memorable. I prefer to drop my packages here vice the USPS office. The atmosphere in this store is very inviting, which is reminiscent of a time when a customer felt appreciated as soon as they walked through the door.
