I've been coming here a couple times now customer service is great. They help me download some shipping labels the one lady even help packed it with some stuff to protect the contents.

Complete joke. $4.00 charge for holding a package (blue ENVELOPE) for just over two weeks. Been out of town on businesses but of course they likely don’t care. Additionally, i authorized for someone to pick up aforementioned package and they were given ALL my mail. L I S T E N !!!!!!
