The best way to get it is to go through the website. Make sure you get the gold pass. That will cover both parks. If you already have your Knott's pass, you can go to guest services to add on Soak City.

I remember Sam's or Costco having the discount tickets. Knott's Berry farm and soak city just had a package deal on season passes. I bought those. It ended in May. In the regular Knotts parking lot or one of the off-site parking lots. The main lot is large, and there are 2 ways to get to the entrance of soak city. One to the left and one to the right. The one on the right takes you to the area of the tunnel to regular Knotts, but following the path to the left in the same area will take you to the soak city entrance. If you park far back in the lot, you can see the sign that says Knotts soak city. Following that will take you to the main gate. The path in the back is shorter than the one near Knotts.
