As someone mentioned, not the basic membership but the others gold and platinum yes. It's worth it. Just go once a month and you'll get more than your monies worth
If you have the Gold and Platinum pass yes you can go to either park. But if you have the regular one just no.

If you have the regular purple Knotts pass, it's only for knotts berry farm. Gold and premium passes, though, let you go in. If you plan going often, get the gold. Less money and more fun.
