Worst experience ever people were very rude didn’t want to help me I had a nail in my tire and they were very rude wanted to charge me $30 just to patch it and then they told me I couldn’t pay with debit for getting it patched and didn’t want to accept $100 he told me I could walk to the bank that was at the corner never again will I go to any tire choice ever

I walked up to the counter. The guy "asked if it could help you. I informed the guy behind the counter I had a nail in my tire (a 20-minute fix). He just blurts out, "I can't help you. I respond, "What?" He said we're really busy. Then, just turn around. I said, "I bought this tire here." He said, "Maybe tomorrow." I told him thanks for the customer service. As someone stated in the previous review, they had no problem helping a lady buying new tires.

My granddaughter needed tires so we purchased them here. Damen was very helpful. He suggested we get an alignment, but when the technician checked the car, he found that it wasn't needed. Damen then advised us of that and we really appreciated his and the techs honesty. The tires are great and now we found a place we can trust.

Glad I took my vehicle here for maintenance. They were upfront about the issues regarding my repair work and kept me actively informed with the details. The took the time to make sure that every issue identified was dealt with appropriately. It took a few trips but it was all properly coordinated and left me feeling satisfied and taken care. My car is in better shape than it was before and will be taking it back here in the future .
