Personal training director James and personal trainer Prince did a fantastic job at helping me reach my fitness goals. I came in July 2022 with 16.5% body fat and now in Early September 2022 I’m 10.2% body fat. Not even 3 months! I just completed a 14 mile spartan race and finished in the top 13% of all racers. If I were told that I did that a few months ago, I wouldn’t have believed it. All thanks to James and Prince, I’m much more fit than I ever thought I would be. The price is worth every penny. They have great tips and advice that If you follow it, you will be right on track to do whatever you want to do.

No sorry no volleyball at LA Fitness you either have to go to Ft. Myers for outdoor courts or off 41 in Punta Gorda beside the river there's also several outdoor courts. Honestly there surprising hard to find especially one that's indoors. You might check with a nearby High school I do know they have open gym nights and they're free to go to. The nice part is there's usually other people to practice with. Other than that I have no idea where else you can go in swfl
