Running a franchise, I understand they have policies and procedures. However , I think customer service and understanding in one time situations make businesses thrive. I have been a member for a year . I drive from Punta Gorda (35 minute drive) to come here. I arrived at 8:52am (7 minutes late for class) and was told by the manager I couldn't go into class because I was late and missed the 5 minute cut off by 2 minutes. First time in a year ever being late to a class. I asked if they could Please make an exception this one time, I've traveled quite a distance and have never been late before. Was told a short and sweet, No. I run a local Massage envy franchise, and we always strive to go above and beyond for our clients. We help them anyway we can. I would never tell a client they couldn't go to a appointment because they were running 7 minutes late . It's better to show compassion and empathy and retain a client than to be a robot 🤖 and rattle off a "policy" and loose a client. Especially in a service industry where your business depends on people.

The best! I’ve been a member for over 3 years and continue to love OTF. I was not a gym person until I found this. Every day is different and a whole body workout. The coaches are motivating and the members are friendly and you quickly become like family. One of my favorite parts is the heart monitor to track your progress during class. If you are on the fence about joining, go to one class and you’ll fall in love!

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!
Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.
Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.
Splat Points indicate minutes spent in the orange and red zones. Aim for 12 or more Splat Points per class.
Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
We’ll ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before workout and avoid congregating in the lobby.

Our workout room has a variety of equipment including treadmills (bikes and striders as alternatives), WaterRowers, and floor equipment including dumbbells, benches, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls, BOSU trainers and AB Dollys.
Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.
OTbeat™ is our exclusive heart rate monitoring technology. Members have the unique experience of seeing real-time data during their workout, enabling them to push themselves to new limits. After class, they can then monitor their improvements through emailed results and by using the Orangetheory Fitness app.
