I have been in Healthcare for 40+ years, am disabled and my elderly mother's caregiver so I am a very particular customer. I found this location to have the best service! Joxceylin and Zenia H. were both SO helpful and kind! Really, they went above and beyond in my opinion. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The location was very clean and everything went more smoothly than I could have hoped. Joxceylin and Zenia are real assets to Quest.

This place is the most disorganized,uncaring nightmare disaster medical facility I have probably had the misfortune of having used in many many years. If you walk in you'll be there for hours and hours ..if you make an appointment you'll get there wait and then be told you're a walk in. The staff replies to any issue with "I'm sorry you feel that way". Time sensitive tests are delayed because of things like this. Same at other location too. I guess quest lowered its standards since I have been using them nearly all my life.

I switched to this location, because the New Hampshire Court location in Fort Myers is a nightmare. Everyone at the Cape Coral South location has been very friendly and polite. I have so much gratitude for their polite, kind, and professional demeanor. The total opposite experience from the New Hampshire Court Fort Myers location. Thank you Cape Coral South employees!
