Overall best gym in my area. Very responsive with minor maintenance issues.

It’s sad because the “franchise” of around the clock is awesome. They have everything in one gym that you could want and need. This would be my favorite gym but I am very upset that the steam room is always broke down. The tiles in the floors have been broken for months. The showers are constantly broken as well. I’m not sure if it’s management issues or money issues but I cannot believe with how popular this gym is they have so many things broken and not getting fixed. Things that people specifically come to this gym for. Now, on the bright side, the employees (regular workers) are outstanding. Especially the childcare providers. My kids love them. Probably the only reason I haven’t switched gyms yet. This gym would be perfect is management cared about taking care of it.

Very disorganized, poor customer service, highly recommend you go to another gym. They also lied to my adult daughter about a membership fee they wouldn’t refund her money. Highly dissatisfied!!! Read the 1 star reviews and find out why they have so many!! If you cancel they continue to charge you!! I got nothing but lip service and was ganged up on by 3 people at the front desk. Stay away!!

I am a veteran and have been going to this gym when I am in town to visit family. Last year I had no problem signing up for a Membership that would only be two weeks and then canceling it when I left to return overseas. Unfortunately, this was not the case this time around. When I told the front desk my situation they told me I could do a monthly membership and then cancel when I left and would only be paying for the month I was there and the next month ($40 total). Two weeks go by and it is time to cancel the membership before I return home. When I go to cancel I ask another staff member if I will be charged any fees. Again, I am told I will only be charged for this month and next month ($40 total). Two day go by after I cancel and I am hit with a $50 membership fee.($70 total for two weeks of using their services) I call to speak to the manager about a refund because I was not told about this fee. He states he can’t do anything about it and needs to email the third party company and he would get back to me. He never called back and never returned my call. I was never issued a refund either. Definitely not veteran friendly nor knowledgeable about their fees.

I've done the same. Would have thought after them putting the little sign out at the front desk about reporting the equipment number that it would FINALLY get fixed, nothing.
I'm a member of this gym for many years. To answer your specific question they have a steam room and tanning but neither massage chairs or a pool.
We have Adaptive Fitness program Wednesdays from 1-2 ATC BOY SCOUT FT MYERS

There is two deadlift platforms in which you can use. I've dropped plenty of weights here and other people do as well. No complaints. Though at peak times you may have to weight for a platform.
Any age
Bluetooth will work throughout the gym...not just on the elipical
I believe its $20 a month if you're a veteran, cop or teacher ($30 for everyone else).yes theres a fee every year around july and last time I asked they didn't take cash, probably so they can make sure they get paid every month
Yup
Yes 8 to 8pm then back to 24 hrs on Monday.
When i joined I took a tour of the facility with a staff member. Afterwards, I filled out an application, signed a contract and set up autopay. You can work out the same day.
