I believe its $20 a month if you're a veteran, cop or teacher ($30 for everyone else).yes theres a fee every year around july and last time I asked they didn't take cash, probably so they can make sure they get paid every month

Yes they have a vet discount. Yes an annual fee. No no join fee and im not sure about cash.
