i work security and here are things not allowed in the park as in food . big bags of food/chips/snacks anything you'd consider a lunch home made sandwiches caprisuns or anything with caprisun material and canned drinks. Things you can bring: small bags of chips fruit in small containers bottled water/drinks monster energy drinks small snack sized things sealed peanutbutter and jelly smucker sandwishes anything bought on the premises of Knotts Berry Farm.

You can take things in in small sandwich baggies if you keep them to that size they're pretty good about letting it in..
