No!!! Unfortunately they stopped that this season. I tried!! Now you have to pay for both parks!!
I got the platinum pass and if your going more than 4 times by the time the pass is up, it practically pays for itself with parking fees. I dont think they have a Soak City annual pass though. You get 20% off everything except cabanas or float rentals.
No I have you have to get the knotts season pass because it has the soaks city pass inside
