Their notary doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing I’m a Pennsylvania notary I went into get my signature notarized on a title, I wrote my buyers name on the purchaser line like you’re supposed to because its illegal to have an open title in the state of Pennsylvania and he told me he would not stamp it because of that. it’s like the guy never took the notary test! He told me he would’ve notarize my signature which is completely illegal if I don’t have a purchaser written down. do not go here for notary services
