I typically go to the location in the Tempe area, but I recently went to this location in Peoria and had such an amazing experience! It usually doesn't take too long anyways, but not only was my oil changed properly, but the technician, Nick, also went over two different air filters with me. He showed me the state of the filters and helped me get a new one for a very reasonable price. Not only that, but my car battery died right before driving away in the bay, and not only did Nick help me get a new battery, but he was so kind and wanted to make sure I was okay to drive home. He made sure my car was all set and made me feel very safe and knowledgeable about what he was doing to my vehicle. This place is definitely "women friendly." I felt super taken care of and even though the prices are a bit more expensive, I will continue to go there because I know that I am being treated well and so is my car!

First time going here to get my oil changed and I am so glad I chose this place because they are awesome. Nick gave me a full rundown of my oil options and even checked my air filters and helped me find the best fits for my car. I'm also in need of a new engine belt and Nick was nice enough to show me exactly what he meant and I plan on coming back for the full car inspection because I trust the staff here already. This place is definitely 'women friendly' as they don't try to take advantage of you or your money and simply want to build strong customer-business relationships with you. I'm invested in taking my car here now for any work it needs done. 12/10 I will recommend this place to everyone I know! :)

Second update: So I went back and was taken to the same guy who was supposed to take care of my car. He didn't seem pleased to have to service me but he took my keys and told me to give him an hour. I gave him two. Came back, got my car and went home. Next morning, went to the gas station to fill up, decided to check on what they'd done, opened the hood... my fluid tank was bone dry!! He didn't put ANY COOLANT IN!! Just gave me my car back and didn't say a word. All I can do is shake my head. Any suggestions?? Update: A manager, Zane, reached out and is rectifying the situation. I'm very pleased with the way he intervened and is making it right. So I'm changing my review back to 4 stars. I will keep you posted! During an oil change the tech discovered my coolant was a milky color and needed to be flushed, so I made an appointment for the following Friday, (7 days). So I arrived that Friday at the scheduled time and was told it would be an hour and a half, so I gave him my keys and took a long stroll. Came back an hour and a half later...they hadn't touched my car! I couldn't wait the additional hour the tech requested because a community of children were waiting for me to dress as the Easter bunny. I don't know what to tell anyone, just sharing my experience. So frustrated...

I never thought I could have a nice experience at an oil change shop. All the staff is so friendly and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. They do a full check of your car, clean your windshield. They offer other services that are recommended but aren't pushy about it. Definitely gained a customer and I'll be bringing both my cars here.

It varies in exactly what you want. Zero hidden cost. They give you top to bottom pricing. It truly is best place in town! Seriously in and out in 15 mins Max. If there is a line or wait then might take a couple extra minutes. Highly recommend this place!!!!

Yes we do! The oil change takes about 10 minutes, you can stay in the car, and there is no need to make an appointment. We also are a full service shop with ASE certified mechanics.
When I went they had 3 grades of oil they offer and you decide. I will say this is more than an oil change... though it did cost me slightly over 50.00 they did a great inspection of many components. Also thay included the replacement of my rear window brake light which I didn't know was out. Very attentive service from the get go. Stay in your car thru-out, offered me water etc. Nice guys.
