I went to Jays Automotive several times while looking for another vehicle so the could check the condition of each vehicle I brought them to protect myself from getting scammed and they were professional with exemplary business ethics, I found the vehicle that was the best fit for me thanks to everyone at Jays automotive and I had them do some things to help me with my vehicle to keep everything up to date since there were no maintenance records when I got the vehicle. Out of all the mechanics I ever experienced since Johnny Adams I have to say that Jays automotive is the best and they show through their professionalism and integrity. They are patient and answer all of your questions, if you don’t understand something they explain to you what they’re doing any why. I’ve never seen another mechanic do that so I found my mechanic and will not go anywhere else, this is my new personal mechanic for years to come. I use Jay's automotive repair all the time because they are thrustworthy and always provide top notch service. I took my vehicle in because the gears were slipping out on the auto transmission. Fearing a major repair bill, we discussed options. We proceeded to go ahead with oil replacement first, although i was made aware of possible risks if the transmission was already failing It worked like a charm. The vehicle is running great and no gears have slipped since. Thank you Jay's Automotive. As long as the service is top of the line, I'll keep coming back.
