I was happy at the deal on the price, to my dismay I've had car troubles since. First they left a 10mm socket in my air filter which was ridiculous. It also took over 3 hrs for an oil change . Then after my rpms going higher than normal I went to Firestone to get the vehicle a full check and apparently the oil was dirty. It wasn't changed long at all and shouldn't be dirty already. Shocked and surprised will not come back here and I recommend everyone elsewhere. Service sucked employees even tried to give me the wrong keys when I was leaving.

Not a good experience. Ordered tires online they were supposed to be delivered to the store. Only two were delivered was a pain dealing with Walmarts customer service. Needed all 4 tires not just two. Took 3 phone calls to get a refund ..... NEVER AGAIN

Refused tire rotation the 1st time and required to buy 2 new tires which is not necessary. 2nd visitation, oil changes and tire rotation needed but still lying to me that the tire is not good; as such can't do tire rotation. I left for Jiffy lube...the oil changes done and tire rotation perfected for me. Walmart auto care plays on customer intelligence sometimes; especially services they can not do!

This place closes at 3pm not 7pm. Tho their Staff is still there at 630. And they are so slow. My vehicle has been there waiting since 11:45am its now 3:47pm. Took them 45 mins just to write up the service. So you better know them if you expect anything done in one day.
