every time I'm coming back home to Texas on i40 I have a lot of issues And I hesitate even staying in the city because I do not like staying in hotels in Albuquerque the city has to many Tweakers and crime I've had issues in the past in this city hotels off the highway in this city are a no no for me ! Driving Through the city last night I came across this hotel and I couldn't be more happy with the stay ! We got the king deluxe room it was one of the nicest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in ! And the staff is Superb even at 3am! Gentleman at front desk name is Nos he is night shift and he was Awesome! This morning while checking out I had the Is opportunity to meet the hotel manager Sarah And she was also outstanding! The moral of the story is If you want something that's really nice and safe in this city you have to pay for it but it's totally worth it we will be back ! Loved this hotel!!! Thanks again to Sarah me and my family appreciate you!

Hotel is beautiful. Restaurant is lacking service. Chris (Bar manager?) was the shining star! Very knowledgeable about his craft as well as the menu items. We would go back and eat at the bar anytime. The cross over to the roof restaurant, however, is where service lacks. (I know, good help IS hard to find now-days). We were told 8:30 only reservation time when the place looked half empty. Took 30 minutes to get regular water!! And another 15 minutes to get Topo Chico. Great view of city was the great distraction. We were served our food without napkin or utensils! Waitress no doubt was inexperienced, however the Manager whom I approached responded to my request, but was otherwise inattentive. Seemed more interested in talking to one staff member all night. If you want to go for a quick bite and a good drink, go to the Bar, otherwise unless you are there for the rooftop view, we suggest going elsewhere. Hotel room was nice. Only real complaint was there is not enough room between the sink and faucet

We had not planned to stay at this hotel but after staying at another Heritage Hotel it was top on our list when we found that our return flight home was canceled. I booked online very early since the reservation center was not open at that hour in the morning. (5 am) I had remembered seeing the hotel previewed on the heritage channel during our stay at The Inn and Spa at Loretto earlier that week. Once we obtained our rental car and had some coffee we contacted the hotel and asked if we could drop off our luggage since there were a lot of alerts about car break ins at a lot of tourist locations. We were told that we could absolutely do that and to come right over. The valet attendant James took care of our luggage quickly and efficiently. We returned to the hotel around 2 pm to see if we would be able to check in early. Sarah at the desk was very kind and welcoming while briefly listening to our plight. She got us checked in early with swiftness and efficiency. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable with every convenience we would need. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and welcoming even the hotel security Michelle who brushed the snow off our rental. Absolutely loved this hotel and can't wait to go back.

Cannot speak highly enough of our stay. The service was impeccable, from the included valet, front desk and wine bar. Our room was very clean and thoughtfully designed - including USB ports in sensible places for charging, beautiful robes and 4 large towels (those with long hair will appreciate having enough towels for body and head!) would absolutely stay here again!

Yes you will be charged if you don't cancel prior to 48 hours.
Not sure about a shuttle but it is one of the coolest hotels I have ever stayed in.
