They had a lot of costume jewelry there I asked to look at 1 piece that was in the case and the lady took them and said and said they belong to somebody else that she forgot to charge them for but yet they were put back in the case and she would not sell them to me. Not good customer service at all very unhappy

Absolutely garbage. The old white lady, who wouldn't give me her name, who also said she was owner of this place, decided it was MY fault I overheard her being racist about me. She told the other worker that she "wasn't even sure that lady didn't walk out with something." There were only 4 people in at the time, 3 who were together and myself. So I confronted her and told her she'll get none of my business if she feels that way and I walked out. She then FOLLOWED me to my car and tried to tell me that she couldn't be racist because she has "several close native American friends." Could not make this up, folks. I'm not even indigenous! Racist. Also, said some gibberish about me never having worked retail, when that has been most of my adult work experience. This is relevant because she thinks that because she works retail she instinctively knows who will steal. I.E. RACIST. Despite my car being in gear and me trying to leave she refused to let me leave. After a could of minutes she finally got out of the way so I could leave. I don't recommend AT ALL.

You have no signs that say kids aren't welcome, you have toys for sale and yet we aren't welcome because of our 8 year old was with us. Covid restrictions are less strict right now and we are vaccinated. This is without a doubt discrimination. At the national level, protected classes include: Race or color National origin or citizenship status Religion or creed Sex Age Disability, pregnancy, or genetic information Veteran status Edit: whether the owner/volunteers likes it or not, this is still age discrimination. You may have been unaware that this is discrimination at a federal level because of local state laws but you now are obligated to correct the issue. At this point, I have already filed a complaint to the civil rights center within the department of labor.

The owner and husband were not very nice and very inconsiderate when I went to Donate at least a $1,000.00 worth of tools, clothes, and misc hardware. They said they could not take donations(said had no room)They said they would give a phone number and to call and come back at a later date. I was at the door with the load, the man said he would look thru the tools to see what he wanted. Are you kidding me? I left not happy and will never go back. I can not believe what I just went Thru. A good donation and they would not take it!!!!!! **************
