My significant other went in. They were Not very Friendly. I went in, on a Separate occasion, just to ask a question, and they were even LESS friendly. Can't Understand how it is this place remains in business.

It is on H and 4th Street where the police station is on the corner are the offices for the birth certificate

You have to make an appointment to request a record
