Had difficulty getting the right assistance through the offshore customer service 800 number. So, if you need to have a cracked cell phone screen repaired, go directly to uBreakiFix, an authorized Samsung repair center on McKnight Rd, Pittsburgh, PA. Shawnell did an excellent job getting us set up with a new screen and battery package, new screen saver and an asurionhome+ membership. No high-pressure sale, just the help we needed for this and other potential devices. She and her team did an expert job with the Samsung cell phone repair in less than 2 hours the same day. Loved the great service and will definitely use again! Thanks, Shawnell!!

Shaw bell was wonderful. She helped me get my phone repaired quickly and it was done before the time she said. I highly recommend her to anyone that needs their phone fixed.

I went to this store for help with my computer when I couldn't get it to restart. The person there was able to get it fixed very quickly and didn't even charge me. I have been to this store several times over the last couple of years and each of the folks there at the time were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I recently made a visit to your store and I wasn't pleased at all with the experience. I brought in my Samsung Galaxy S8 due to an issue I was having with the screen not coming on. When I brought the product in I simply got no answers I was looking for. I had gotten no help at all and was turned away from having any signs of getting a repair. I had come to find out later from someone else that it was a bad chip in the battery. I find it very hard to believe that a business that advertises "ubreakifix" can't figure out a simple battery issue and order a new one. It's obvious that your business has no knowledge or just doesn't want to help the customers. I will be taking my business somewhere else. Thank you for absolutely nothing at all. If I were to ever stop in again I will fix what you guys can't fix.

I would not take your phone there for warranty work you are better off with your Carrier depending on device age. My experience was very adversarial.
Yes, if it has a power button, they will be happy to look at it for you!
They are able to do those type of repairs as long as the parts are available.
