Excellent service !! I had a problem with a stuck SIM tray in my samsung phone. I couldn't get it to slide out.I took it in on 6/28. Jason told me that there was a possibility that they could open the phone and access the tray that way, because there was a risk of damaging the motherboard if it was done otherwise. Since it was near closing,he asked me to bring it back on the 29th. I dropped it off first thing, and when I came in to pick it up at 4:00,not only had they fixed the problem, but they said there was no charge!! My thanks to Jason, and the entire team for a courteous, professional encounter. You've earned a customer for life!

Made an appointment as directed by Samsung care for a warranty claim on my Galaxy Z Fold 3 because of a manufacturing defect (inner screen cracking over the hinge). Made the appointment on line as directed by Samsung, left work early to get there on time, only to be told that they would need to keep my phone and asked for an alternate number, and for some reason, if this had been an insurance repair instead of a Samsung warranty claim, this would take less time???? If I had alternate call back number it would indicate I had another phone, and I would just send my fold back to Samsung to have it repaired. What a waste of time both on the phone with Samsung customer service and at uBreakiFix, which is an insulting title when I'm bringing a device that has failed due to a manufacturing defect. Thanks assurion.

They were unable to fix my laptop, but they did not charge me a cent for the time they spent inspecting it. They are able to order in parts accordingly and charge reasonable prices for their repair services. The cost really goes up based on what new parts they may need to order in, but that's just part of how electronics repairs work unfortunately. Employees all seemed helpful when I was with them. Will be returning if I have another broken device, and hopefully it won't be in such a dire condition to render it unfixable, haha.

This sort of service is exactly what gives repair companies a bad rep and drives customers to be skeptical. I took my Xbox to this location for an HDMI repair, a day later I’m alerted that the repair is done. I pick my Xbox up and return home to notice my sync button for Bluetooth devices was no longer responding I call and they ask me to come back and they’ll deal with it saying they may have mistakenly disconnected something. At this point I’m mildly frustrated due to this being a 40 minute drive for me but mistakes happen I get it. Before I went to return with my console I test the hdmi out to realize the cord is extremely loose fitting and the socket looks incredibly frayed and damaged still. And to my dismay I realize the hdmi barely works and if slightly jiggled cuts off the display still. I call the shop back to ask how this can be, and was told be the employee who picked up the phone that I should “just take better care of my stuff” and that they don’t offer refunds and would only be able to take a look and see if it needs repaired again and that he couldn’t do anything over the phone, which I obviously was able to understand on my own. When I asked when a manager would be in he just said “they’ll just tell you the same thing” and refused to give me any further information. Just a completely awful attitude. Frustrated after being out 160 dollars on a “repair” i took my Xbox elsewhere and was immediately informed that the port was still damaged and wasn’t even replaced to begin with and they instead tried a minor repair that clearly didn’t fix the issue but charged me as if they did. Along with leaving the sync button disconnected when they opened the Xbox up. Will never return to this chain again and unless you want to be out hundreds of dollars for poor service avoid this place.
